대학생의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 긍정심리자본이 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향: 사회불안의 조절매개효과를 중심으로

The Effect of College Students' Fear of Negative Evaluation and Positive Psychological Capital on Their Intention to Continue Their Studies: Focusing on the Moderated Mediating Effect of Social Anxiety

초록

This study examined the effects of fear of negative evaluation on university students’ intention to persist, focusing on the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderated mediating role of social anxiety. Data from 491 students were analyzed using PROCESS Macro model 14. Fear of negative evaluation and positive psychological capital significantly predicted persistence, while social anxiety had no direct effect. Positive psychological capital mediated this relationship, and social anxiety weakened its positive effect on persistence. The moderated mediation was also significant. These findings suggest that strengthening positive psychological capital and reducing social anxiety are important for promoting academic persistence.
