캠핑 숙박 유형별 캠핑장 선택 속성: 중요도-만족도 분석을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the difference in the importance-performance level of the campsite choice attribute according to the type of accommodation of campers. We divided campers' accommodation types into general tent type, glamping type, and camper/caravan type, and an importance-satisfaction analysis was conducted. 10 camping sites choice attributes were derived through prior studies. This survey collected a sample from 2,000 people aged 19 years or older who had camping experience for more than one night in 2019. As a result of the analysis, 'camping site usage rules' were found as the attribute to focus on in the future for all three accommodation types. And 'camping site accessibility' and 'cleaning management of convenience facilities such as toilets and showers' were found as attributes that need continuous maintenance. On the other hand, in the case of the general tent type, it is necessary to maintain the management of 'site size', and in the case of the glamping type, it is necessary to focus more on the attributes of 'safety management' and 'staff friendliness'.
