초록
This study empirically examines the impact of corporate travel agency transaction factors on long-term orientation in the corporate travel market, with a particular focus on the mediating role of trust. The survey targeted corporate employees who had used corporate travel services within the past year, including travel managers, procurement staff, business travelers, and executives. A total of 211 valid responses were used for the final analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping analysis were employed to test the research model. The results show that perceived reputation and price fairness have a significant direct effect on long-term orientation, while perceived security and operational capability influence long-term orientation indirectly through trust. In contrast, agency awareness and salesperson competency were found to have no significant effect on trust or long-term orientation in this study. These findings suggest that, in the current corporate travel market, companies are placing greater emphasis on structural and systematic service quality factors—such as perceived reputation, price fairness, and the reliability of operational processes—rather than individual salesperson competencies.
