초록
This paper takes Huace Film & TV, a leading enterprise in China's film and television industry, as the research object. Under the dual background of the "Cultural Power" strategy and the technological transformation of AIGC, it deeply analyzes its core competitiveness and transformation path. By employing internal and external corporate analysis and Porter's Five Forces model, this study systematically deconstructs how Huace Film & TV evolved from a traditional TV drama production company into an international media conglomerate with a copyright library of 30,000 episodes, covering over 180 countries and regions worldwide. The research finds that Huace Film & TV's competitive advantages stem from its large-scale production capacity, forward-looking full-industry-chain layout, and unique "Huace Going Global" strategy. However, financial data reveal that it faces structural challenges such as revenue fluctuations, cash flow pressure, and insufficient synergies in new businesses. Particularly, the dual decline in revenue and net profit in 2024 exposes the fragility of traditional content production models in the era of streaming and short videos. This paper further explores the practical application and limitations of AIGC technology in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and proposes strategic recommendations for building a closed-loop "content-technology-consumption" ecosystem. This study not only enriches the theoretical case of China's cultural enterprises' internationalization but also provides empirical references for the survival paradigm of the global film and television industry in the digital age.Huace Film and TV; Enterprise competitiveness; Five Forces Model; Internationalization Strategy.
