기숙사 증축공사를 대상으로 BIM 기반 간섭검토 및 에너지 분석에 의한 기계설비 기본설계 품질 향상 연구

A Study on Improving the Quality of Mechanical System Basic Design through BIM-Based Clash Detection and Energy Analysis: Focusing on a Dormitory Extension Project

초록

This study evaluates the objectivity of design decision-making at the basic design stage using BIM-based clash detection and energy analysis for a dormitory building. A total of 106 clashes were identified, mainly between sanitary piping and exhaust ducts (56 cases), enabling early detection of design issues. Seasonal analysis indicated the need for humidification in winter and shading, insulation, ventilation, and dehumidification in summer. Annual energy consumption was estimated at 283 MJ/m² for fuel and 87 kWh/m² for electricity, with a cost of 9,771 KRW/m². Carbon emissions were 0.051 tCO₂/m² and could be reduced to 0.033 tCO₂/m² with photovoltaic application. These results demonstrate that BIM improves design quality and supports objective decision-making at the early design stage.
