초록

Last mile logistics is a rising field of research in logistics. In this paper, the keywords of the papers on last mile logistics were analyzed to understand the influence of the keywords. Social network analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship of the keywords. 206 keywords were collected from 44 paper, and 125 keywords were selected through standardization work. The influence of keywords was visualized by social network analysis system. Next, the centrality among the keywords was analyzed as five centralities. It was also analyzed by the frequency of keyword occurrence. Five keywords selected to be of high importance in the centralities and in the frequency of occurrence were last mile logistics, city logistics, e-commerce, last mile delivery, and routing problem.
