초록

Perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) are essential in many technological domains, and new developments in synthesis methods allow for exact control over their size, shape, and composition. These advancements enable the optical and electronic characteristics of PeNCs to be tailored, enhancing their performance in devices like light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and photodetectors (PDs). Their transformative potential in various technological domains is analysed, as are stability strategies that are intended to improve long-term viability. Numerous characterisation methods that are crucial for evaluating structural, optical, and electronic characteristics are covered, along with issues with stability and scalability and suggested fixes to facilitate their incorporation into cutting-edge technologies.
