경도인지장애를 위한 보호자 중심 미술치료 키트 구성 준거 개발: 전문가 델파이 방법을 활용하여

초록

Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is a pre-dementia stage with confirmed cognitive decline but preserved daily functioning and high dementia-progression risk, offering the greatest intervention potential. Since most individuals with MCI live at home, caregivers providing daily cognitive and emotional support play a key role in delaying progression, requiring expert-consensus-based intervention design given their non-expert status. This study aimed to derive construction criteria for a caregiver-centered art therapy kit for individuals with MCI and to present applicable design principles, using an expert Delphi method with ten dementia-experienced art therapy experts across three rounds (CVR calculation, re-consensus). 65 items across 5 domains were confirmed: development direction (20), components (9), therapeutic effects (10), stage-specific differentiation/ethics (19), and limitations/kit role (7), with caregiver-centered design, safety, and functional differentiation as core criteria.
