These cases highlight the need for updated legal frameworks to address copyright issues related to AI. The paper proposes solutions such as enhancing dataset transparency, clarifying legal responsibilities for AI-generated content, evolving copyright laws, revisiting fair use principles, and promoting collaboration between AI developers and creators.
