등급반응모형 기반 통제적 코칭행동 검사지의 문항 기능과 측정 정밀도: 태권도 품새 선수 표본을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the factor structure, item functioning, and measurement precision of the Controlling Coaching Behavior Scale among Taekwondo poomsae athletes. Data were collected from 325 Taekwondo poomsae and freestyle poomsae athletes registered with the Korea Taekwondo Association. The data were analyzed using R software, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Yen’s Q3, the graded response model, item-fit analysis, and test information function analysis. The results were as follows. First, the four-factor correlated model demonstrated better relative fit than the one-factor model and alternative models in which some subfactors were combined. Second, the Controlling Use of Rewards subscale showed relatively stable item parameters and item-fit results. Third, the Conditional Regard subscale required the most cautious interpretation, as some items showed very low or excessively high discrimination, abnormal threshold estimates, high local dependence, and item-fit problems. Fourth, the Intimidation subscale showed item-fit problems in some items, whereas the Personal Control subscale showed acceptable item-fit results but required cautious interpretation in terms of local independence. These findings indicate that the Controlling Coaching Behavior Scale can be used based on a four-factor structure; however, not all subscales and items function with the same level of stability. Therefore, researchers should consider item-level functioning and measurement precision when using and interpreting the scale.
