한국여자프로골프 1부투어 선수의 그릿(Grit)이 자아효능감과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

The effect of grit on self-efficacy and perceived performance of Korean women's professional golf first division tour players

초록

This study analyzed the impact of grit on self-efficacy and perceived performance among Korean women's professional golf first-division tour players. As a result of the study, it was found that both persistence of effort and persistence of interest, which are sub-factors of grit, had a positive effect on self-efficacy. This means that athletes are forming self-efficacy through high grit. However, grit had no significant effect on the mental factor of perceived performance and had a negative effect on the physical factor. This suggests that as athletes with high grit pursue higher goals, increased training volume and lower expectations may have a negative impact on their perception of physical performance. Self-efficacy had a positive effect on perceived mental performance, but a negative effect on perceived physical performance. This study can be used as basic data to understand the psychological factors of Korean female professional golf players and improve their performance in the future.
