초록

This research was conducted with the aim of providing basic data on the creation of a stadium environment for a fair game culture by examining the process of taekwondo competition and checking electronic equipment and supplies to resolve complaints and objections to past referee decisions. First, in order to create a fair game culture, the bodyguards were transformed and developed into electronic body protector. Second, in order to create a fair game culture, paper scoring tables were changed so that scores were displayed on electronic display boards. Third, a video reading system was introduced to create a fair game culture. Fourth, octagonal stadiums were added at square stadiums to create a fair game culture.
