8주 복합 운동과 유산소성 운동이 신체구성과 혈중 반응성 산소종 및 항산화력에 미치는 영향
초록
This study investigated the effects of 8-weeks mixed & aerobic exercise on body composition, & reactive oxygen metabolites, biological antioxidant potential. The subjects of forty-two without any medical problems in young men were incruited to divide into the mixed exercise group(aerobic & resistance exercise; MEG, n=22) and aerobic group(AEG, n=20). The variables measured the body composition and the derivatives of reactive oxygen metabolites & biological antioxidant potential before & after participating exercise protocol program for 8 weeks. The collected blood samples from a fingertip were analyzed with FRAS evolvo, H & D co., Italy. Statistical analysis used the two-way repeated measures ANOVA and Tukey's method for post-hoc analysis and test of homogeneity with Kolmogorow-Smirnov & the Shapiro-Wilk of normality. In body compositions, Lean body mass increased in MEG(p<.05) and % body fat & waist hip ratio decreased both groups significantly(p<.05). The derivatives of Reactive Oxygen Metabolites increased in MEG and Biological Antioxidant Potential increased significantly both groups(p<.05). In conclusion,it increased to the derivatives of Reactive Oxygen Metabolites and Biological Antioxidant Potential factors in both groups after exercise. This shows the oxidative defense mechanisms to ensure the biological safety in exercise situation.
