초록

In this work, we introduced an electron-transport layer (ETL), which combined chrome oxide (Cr2O3) nanoparticles and compact titanium oxide (c-TiO2), to fabricate high-performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We find that, the 500 °C annealed Cr2O3 shows a uniform morphology, which leads to an average PCE of 15.3% and champion PCE of 15.7% (16.0% for mesoporous TiO2 based case). However, the stability of the PSCs are improved with a suppressed PCE degradation of 19% (26% for mesoporous TiO2 based case after 7 days storage in ambient condition). This method provides some inspiration for the preparation of regular PSCs with higher stability. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.
