KLPGA 투어골퍼가 인식하는 직무 만족과 경기력의 관계에서 삶의 만족 매개효과

초록

The purpose of this study was to job satisfaction perceived by KLPGA tour golfers on performance, focusing on the mediating effect of life satisfaction. In order to achieve this purpose, a survey on job satisfaction, performance, and life satisfaction was conducted on a total of 223 tour golfers, 110 regular tours and 113 dream tours. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS/AMOS program. As a result, First, job satisfaction perceived by tour golfers had a positive effect on performance. Second, job satisfaction perceived by regular tour golfers had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, life satisfaction perceived by tour golfers had a positive effect on performance Finally, life satisfaction was found to full mediation between job satisfaction perceived by tour golfers and performance. Based on these results, academic and practical implications were discussed.
