초록

In this study, MoS2 nanoparticles are synthesized by using the hydrothermal method to examine the structural, electrical, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding characteristics of MoSS nanoparticles. The nanopetal-like morphology of the nanoparticles and their influence on electrical and shielding performance are highlighted. The hierarchical self-assembly of ultrathin nanosheets into nano-petal-like structures of MoS2 is confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) examination. The well-defined sharp peaks of MoS2, which identify a high degree of crystallinity in X-ray diffraction (XRD), suggest a well-ordered layered arrangement. Electrical conductivity and impedance experiments reveal a frequency- and temperaturedependent shift from direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) conduction mechanisms, indicating longrange electroactive charge carrier mobility and enhanced electrical conductivity as the temperature increases. The EMI shielding effectiveness exploration in the X-band frequency range (8.2-12.4 GHz) illustrates an absorption-dominated shielding mechanism, with an effective absorption percentage of 99.9 %, shielding effectiveness due to absorption (SEA) of 29 dB, and total shielding effectiveness (SET) of 32 dB. A nano-petal-like framework of MoS2 scattering effects, interfacial polarization, and significant dielectric loss (Tan delta) are the causes of improved attenuation efficiency. This presented work highlights the potential of frequency-dependent MoS2based nanostructures in the development of advanced shielding materials for high-frequency applications.
